I have tried: Downloading the updates, uninstalling the software and reinstalling and also returning the software and replacing It. Sometimes it would work for a short while and sometimes not at all. I went through this process maybe 5 times now. It does not work each time I download the updates. Two times now I was directed to download the two updates from the site and it would work for a few text then quit again. I double click on the area and it will not show the cursor.
The issue is that when I try to edit text it will not become active so I can change the text. I purchased this new software few days ago and took it back to the store and got the Ultimate one and it is still doing the same thing with the text issue.
